2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Service Quality Issues: If our Service fails to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for more than three (3) consecutive days due to our fault.
- Duplicate Subscriptions: If you accidentally purchase two (2) identical Subscriptions and have not used one of them, you may request a refund within three (3) days of the purchase.
- Technical Failures: If significant technical issues prevent you from using the Service as advertised.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

3.2 Cancellation During Trial Period
- Effect: If you cancel during the trial period, your Subscription will not be charged, and you will not be billed for the subsequent period.
- Notice: Ensure cancellation is completed before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
3.3 Cancellation During Subscription Period
- Effect: Your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
- Notice: Cancellation does not provide a refund for the remaining period.

- Usage Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.
- No Immediate Termination: Cancellation does not terminate your Subscription immediately; access is maintained until the end of the billing cycle.
